Refund Policy

We handle refunds carefully to protect the integrity of the Chronicle C4 x45 experience. Read how our digital services are processed before submitting a request.

Digital Purchases

Items, services, and Gold Coins sold through the official shop are delivered instantly or within minutes after the successful payment. Make sure the account name is correct before purchasing and keep your transaction receipts.

Once the purchase is delivered, the transaction is considered final unless there is a verified technical problem. Refunds are granted at staff discretion and generally reserved for unauthorized activity.

Non-Refundable Items

Account registrations, character services, Gold Coins, auction fees, and any in-game benefits are non-refundable after delivery. Any attempt to revert an auction, trade, or service after confirmation is against policy.

We also do not refund purchases made with bonus codes, event rewards, or promotional items unless staff error is proven.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, email [email protected] within five days of the charge. Provide your account name, transaction ID, and explain why you believe the refund is justified. We will investigate and reply within three to five business days.

If approved, a refund or equivalent store credit will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Contact support before filing a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes without prior communication may result in immediate account suspension and loss of purchased items.

We cooperate with payment processors to verify each claim. If a chargeback is reversed in our favor, the account may be restricted until the balance is restored.
